Within the framework of INTERREG SUDOE NanoSen-AQM will take place on October 8th and 9th, in Arenas de San Pedro, the First Congress of Air Quality in Rural Areas, organized by the Provincial Council of Ávila and by the Provincial Agency of la Energía, in collaboration with the project partners and the Junta de Castilla y León.
The Congress will revolve around the development and field validation of a low-consumption and low-cost nanosensor system for real-time monitoring of ambient air quality. This congress is one of the actions provided for in the project work plan and aims at bringing the existing technology closer to the rural environment to carry out the management and control of air quality, the peculiarities of pollutants in that environment, the legislation that regulates it and the successful experiences, among others issues.
At the Congress, available attendance physically and via streaming, attendees will have the opportunity to learn, from the hand of leading figures at European level, all the aspects involved in the management and control of air quality focused on rural areas and also on experience the use of the latest technology available.
